Description
Our Rosé cider is considered one of the best Rosé ciders available on the market. The production of this cider is carried out using traditional methods of pressing and fermentation.
The tart apples are carefully selected from Normandy orchards to guarantee the quality of the apple juice used. This juice is then bottled for natural fermentation, which gives this rosé cider a unique sparkle.
This rosé cider is made from 18 varieties of apples, mainly sweet apples and tart apples. The pink colour is obtained naturally by using red-fleshed apples.
Cider halfway between a sweet cider and a semi-dry cider. The right balance between fruit and acidity, allowing you to appreciate its aromas of apples and red fruits. This drink with its captivating colour is particularly appreciated as an aperitif or dessert (sorbet, pastry). A delight for the taste buds.
This cider is available in 33cl and 75cl bottles for all needs.
The terroir of our Rosé cider
Our Rosé cider is an artisanal product made from apples grown in a unique terroir located near the forests. This proximity to the forests gives the apples a characteristic acidity that is softened by the sweetness of the silty-clayey plain.
We use 18 varieties of cider apples, mainly sweet and bitter. These specific apple varieties are carefully selected for their taste, texture and sugar content to ensure a premium quality Rosé cider.
The production of our Rosé cider is completely environmentally friendly. It is an authentic, tasty and balanced cider, ideal to accompany your favourite dishes or simply to relax with friends.
Our recipes, patiently developed and closely guarded, is inspired by the cider served at Château de Sassy.
In collaboration with our cellar master, we have reworked these recipes to sublimate each flavour and offer a unique experience.
We aim for excellence, ensuring that each cider meets the demands of the finest palates, while remaining true to the Sassy family heritage.
At Maison Sassy, our commitment to nature is at the heart of every stage of production.
Our products come from sustainable agriculture, where respect for the Normandy terroir is a priority. We select our apples and pears from sustainably managed orchards, without the excessive use of pesticides, in order to preserve local biodiversity.
We are committed to donating 1% of our turnover to environmental organisations that work to protect our ecosystem.
By choosing SASSY, you are not only supporting a brand that values craftsmanship and quality, but also a company that places environmental preservation at the heart of its concerns. Each bottle contributes to funding initiatives aimed at restoring ecosystems, fighting climate change, and protecting biodiversity.
