1. How long does shipping take?

For orders placed before 11 am, we’ll prepare and ship your package the same day (excluding weekends and holidays). If you place an order after 11 am, it will be processed and shipped the following day.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to follow its journey to your delivery address.

Mainland France: Standard delivery takes approximately 48 to 72 hours.

Mainland UK: Standard delivery takes approximately 24 to 48 hours.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to mainland France and the United Kingdom.

We offer free shipping on all orders over €75/£75. For orders under €75/£75, a standard shipping fee applies.
