Our Poiré, Rosé and Brut ciders are considered among the best ciders available on the market. The production of these ciders is carried out using traditional methods of pressing and fermentation.
Apples and pears are carefully selected from Normandy orchards and pear trees to guarantee the quality of the juice used. These juices are then bottled for natural fermentation, which gives these ciders a unique sparkle.
These ciders are intended to be delicate and refined, distinguished in particular by the finesse of their bubbles, the purity of their aromas and their tangy finish which subtly balances the natural sugar of the fruit. These sparkling drinks are ideal to be enjoyed as an aperitif or accompanied by your favourite dishes.
These ciders are available in 33cl and 75cl bottles for all needs.
The terroir of our Poiré, Rosé and Brut ciders
Our ciders that make up this discovery case are artisanal products made from apples and pears grown in a unique terroir located near the forests. This proximity to the forests gives the fruits a characteristic acidity that is softened by the sweetness of the silty-clayey plain.
Specific apple and pear varieties are carefully selected for their taste, texture and sugar content to ensure a premium quality cider.
The production of our Poiré, Rosé and Brut ciders is entirely environmentally friendly. They are authentic, tasty and balanced ciders, ideal to accompany your favourite dishes or simply to relax with friends.
Our recipes, patiently developed and closely guarded, is inspired by the cider served at Château de Sassy.
In collaboration with our cellar master, we have reworked these recipes to sublimate each flavour and offer a unique experience.

Our products come from sustainable agriculture, where respect for the Normandy terroir is a priority. We select our apples and pears from sustainably managed orchards, without the excessive use of pesticides, in order to preserve local biodiversity.

Frequently Asked Questions
For orders placed before 11am, we prepare and ship your package the same day (except weekends and holidays). If you place an order after 11am, it will be processed and shipped the next day.
