SASSY brings a naughty nature to the world of Cider and sets out to premiumise this wonderful drink. With one foot in the traditions of Normandy and the other striding towards the future of cider, SASSY endeavours to bring its fresh and full flavoured range to the world. The Brut, the Rosé and the Poiré make up the core range which can be found in top bars and outlets across the UK, France and beyond.
Our ciders are produced from over 20 varieties of apple. The recipe, patiently developed and closely guarded, is inspired by the cider served at Château de Sassy. It has been reworked with our two renowned Michelin starred chefs in order to suit the most discerning of palates and give pleasure to its sipper.
